Shipment & Delivery

We ship our products to world wide.

We send you items of your orderby Express delivery service; you will receive your order within 3 to 5 working days.

Inform of Shipment and Track of Shipment

We inform you of shipment date and provide you a Track Number for on-line tracking shipment of your order, by email to you.

Damage

If your case has been damaged in shipment, you must inform the deliverer about the situation "IMMEDIATELY" and us as soon as passible (within 24 hours).. 

Passion crafts Group is not liable for any loss or damage in shipment. In this case, we will send you a replacement when we are notified of damaged and you must not pay more for this case.

Wood Model – Wood Art Items Care

Never slide object across wood surfaces.
You keep wooden models – wooden items out of direct sunlight and away from sources of heat or cold.
Dust with a soft cloth on wood surfaces. Do not clean model with paper or paper towels.
Be carefully with small details of model while you dust.
Do not use acetone or solventto clean dirty, grime on surfaces of the product.
You clean with a lightly damp rag should clean up the dirt.
Do not use wax to clean or wax surface of product.
